Reflection - Week 5 - creating quizes and answer keys via Google Docs

Week Five's Reflection is based on creation of a Quiz using Google Form (Word Document).

My quiz was on the topic of Pollination.
Grade level: 4
Subject: Science

The process of creating a quiz via a Google Form is:
Access Google Drive - select "My Drive" - select "More..." - select "Google Forms"- select "blank form".
In the 'Form Description' field, type the details or name of the quiz.
To preview the question sheet, click on the picture of the "eye" on the right.
To add another question, click on the plus sign (+) on the right.
Click "untitled" (top left) to update the pages with the grade, topic etc.
Select answer type located in the top - right side
Select the option 'required' in the lower right.
To share the completed form, click SEND in the top right side.

I had alot of challenges with this topic because I had difficulty locating my saved documents and actually getting them inserted in my Blog.
I admit and commit to practicing during the vacation... I really find blogging (especially for reflecting) interesting.
