Created a Lesson Plan using the ASSURE Model.
A - Analyze Learners
S - State Objectives
S - Select appropriate Media, Materials and methods
U - Utilize Media and Materials
R - Require Learner participation
E - Evaluate and revise
ABCDs of writing creative objectives -
- A - Audience - what is the type of audience the lesson will be for. E.g age of students
- B - Behaviour - how would students be expected to achieve or perform objectives?
- C - Conditions - under what conditions will the objectives be met for example, the tools that will be used for assistance, such as text book, chart
- D - Degree - to what extent will the objective need to be met, for example specify the extent such as list all even numbers up to 100.
Blooms Taxonomy verbs were identified.. these refer to behavioural or action verbs.These include label, identify, list, describe, illustrate.
We were allowed to work in pairs to complete a Lesson Plan... my pair partner was Rhonda Christopher.
